They have to submit their questions in advance so that his communications team can craft answers for the 5x7 cards he carries or that he can still memorize.

His staff need him to stay on a specific script and say what he's told to say....because otherwise he starts showing us how many steps he's lost.

I have seen hundreds of White House Press Briefings before and never have I witnessed anything like I saw today. That was bizarre, third world dictator and government controlled press type stuff.
