North Carolina Gov. Cooper Announces Vaccine Passport Requirement for State Employees

Hannah Bleau 29 Jul 2021

Democrat North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper announced Thursday that the state will implement a vaccine passport requirement for state employees as the Biden administration ramps up coercive efforts to get Americans vaccinated.

Cooper and North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Mandy K. Cohen, M.D. made the announcement Thursday. State employees will be required to prove their vaccination status, and if they are not vaccinated and refuse to do so, they will be forced to wear a mask and undergo weekly testing.

“Until more people get the vaccine, we will continue living with the very real threat of serious disease, and we will continue to see more dangerous and contagious variants like Delta,” Cooper said Thursday of the virus, which previous data has shown has an extremely high survival rate:

Gov Tool of NC is for taking freedom

Where as New Hampshire will be limited in requiring people to be vaccinated against COVID-19 under a new law signed by Gov. Chris Sununu.

The "medical freedom" law which passed the Republican-controlled Legislature on a largely party-line vote, states that people have the "natural, essential and inherent right to bodily integrity, free from any threat or compulsion by government to accept an immunization."

"No person may be compelled to receive an immunization for COVID-19 in order to secure, receive, or access any public facility, any public benefit, or any public service from the state of New Hampshire, or any political subdivision thereof, including but not limited to counties, cities, towns, precincts, water districts, school districts, schools, or quasi-public entities," .

So students which state would you say really protects it citizens?
