Trump already has encouraged people to get the vaccine. Frank Luntz needs to listen to Glenn Beck's show once in a while - last week Stu and Pat played audio clip after audio clip of Trump saying how great the vaccine was. Tremendous, even.

Oh, horse manure! Trump has repeatedly urged people to get vaccinated. A PSA with LIEden would accomplish nothing, if that much.

Trump had his chances to encourage vaccinations, but he chose to pass on them.

It would be stupid and dangerous of Biden to do a PSA with Trump.  It could be misinterpreted by Q-anons and Magas as proving that Trump is still President, co-President, or soon to be retored to President.  Also, let Trump pay for TV air time; Biden shouldn't give it to him for free, possibly at taxpayer expense.
