"No Soliciting" signs are worthless.  I've been reading about this, and only "No Trespassing" signs will enable calling the cops on these interlopers. 

Complying with a No Soliciting sign is optional, but a No Trespassing sign makes it a crime to refuse to leave the premises.  Even then, they will attempt to violate so have your phone handy.
