Kemp: Why Isn’t the DOJ Suing Delaware or Other States With More Restrictive Election Laws?

Ian Hanchett 26 Jun 2021

On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) pushed back on the Department of Justice’s lawsuit against the state over its election law by stating that the law adds early voting days and wondering, “why are they not suing Delaware or other states that are much more restrictive than the state of Georgia?”

Kemp stated, “I mean, the attorney general just in your clip that you played was talking about how this is keeping African Americans from voting. This actually adds an additional Saturday where people can vote statewide in Georgia. It gives the potential for two additional Sundays that every county in the state can opt into holding early voting on. I mean, why are they not suing Delaware or other states that are much more restrictive than the state of Georgia?”

The State of Georgia should counter-sue the DOJ, US AG, and LIEden for violating their 10th Amendment rights!
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

Title:

What a jerk.
Delaware is a blue leftist state that elects nothing but democrat-communists, regardless of the election laws.

Mr. Kemp, the attack by Garland and the DCP has little to do with your "election laws", but rather WHO your state has a predisposition to elect (that is to say, Republicans as often as DCP)

You would do well to remember:
"The issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution"

(DCP = democrat-communist party)

All DOJ needs to do is get a cooperative judge to enjoin enforcement of the law and it probably would be tied up until the 2022 midterms.

Kemp should concede the case and adopt Delaware election law standards.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

But . . . . but . . . . but DOJ has no standing.  Right?  That's what the Supreme Court said.

  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...
Kemp should concede the case and adopt Delaware election law standards.

That would be an awesome countermove!
The Republic is lost.
