Kamala Harris Hosts Women Senators for Dinner Party and Cheese Puffs

Vice President Kamala Harris hosted a bipartisan dinner party Tuesday night for women senators at her home at the Naval Observatory.

All 24 women were invited to the dinner but three did not attend: Sens. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Cindy Hyde-Smith, (R-MS), and Krysten Sinema, (D-AZ).

Republicans attending the soiree included Sens. Deb Fischer (R-NE), Joni Ernst, and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN)

Several of the senators posted photos of the event on social media, thanking Harris for the dinner party.

Sen. Debbie Stabenow revealed that Harris made the cheese puffs herself.

Bon Appétit.  Heels-Up knows how to throw a party!  I would have thought a Mexican themed soiree would have been more in her wheel house.  But then she has never been to Europe either.

Vice President Kamala Harris' Dinner For Senate Ladies Doesn’t Include Kyrsten Sinema

Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema was the only Democrat to skip Vice President Kamala Harris’s bipartisan dinner for women of the Senate on Tuesday.

The dinner at Harris’ Naval Observatory residence in Washington, D.C., was attended by 22 senators, 16 Democrats and eight Republicans, according to Elle.

Republicans Sens. Cindy Hyde-Smith of Mississippi and Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming also didn’t attend the dinner. Both have been critical of the Biden administration, according to the Independent.

The offices of Hyde-Smith, Lummis, and Sinema did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

In a photo tweeted by Democratic Sen. Debbie Stabenow of Michigan, Harris was seen seated next to Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Democratic Sen. Patty Murray of Washington.
