Good thing the brandishing was enough!  Very funny outcome could have been not so funny if gun owner was not cool.

AR-15 guy allowed the perp to get waaaay too close.  The bad guy could have made a grab for the rifle.  I did laugh when the getaway driver abandoned Dreadlocks guy as soon as the homeowner stepped out with the AR-15.

Nah, the creep had his hands full with the package and acted & sounded very compliant.  Besides, the size difference was substantial & the citizen has a commanding presence.
