Reading through all of your comments, I am increasingly glad that I did not waste my time watching this dreck last night.

The one thing that might have made me regret not having witnessed it... did not happen.

Upon hearing Biden's baseless, apocalyptic and shockingly stupid claim that January 6th was "the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War", all Republicans there assembled ought to have stood up and silently filed out.

They ought to have done so because Biden's claim was a demonstrable falsehood - a brief riot by a small gang of provocateurs is not remotely comparable to the impact of 3,000 dead Americans on 9/11 - and also because the Civil War was caused in large measure by the machinations of the very same Democrat Party whose members cheered their leader's preposterous assertions.

One place where these blades are made is on Texas Hwy. 35 North, going to Oklahoma.  When we could go to a casino in Oklahoma, we would pass this place in Texas.  If you have not seen one of these blades close up, go there and find them on big trucks ready to go north.  They may be going to the huge wind farm in Wise County, which we pass if going to a different casino.  The blades of this wind farm, is many miles long; it seems never to end, but it finally does. 

That wind farm is in an area of Texas with high winds most of the time.  If one follows that road going west, one comes to Wichita Falls, Texas, next to the border with Oklahoma.  That town is almost all the time having high winds.  We stayed at a hotel in Oklahoma, just over the border with Wichita Falls and a thunderstorm came and one could not stand up in the wind and I mean that.  Bob is a heavy guy and was having to hold on to something to keep from blowing away.  At 130 lbs., I could not go outside because I would have been blown down.

So, that wind farm is in the right place.  I wish you could drive that road for miles to see those hundreds of blades going around.

Anyway, Texas makes those blades, China doesn't.
