Will Biden Block Another Deportation Of This Convicted Child Killer?
ST. PAUL, MN - In November 2019, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) received a tip that Olga Marina Franco Del Cid, 35, was back in Minnesota, after having been deported in 2016, following her release from prison. She was taken into custody later that same month.
On June 11, 2020, U.S. District Court Judge Susan Nelson sentenced Del Cid to 24 months in federal prison, after she pleaded guilty to illegal re-entry after removal and using a false Social Security number.
She should be deported again, following her release.
However, that is now in question, following the Biden administration's new orders on deportations.
