Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) is set to travel to Wyoming to urge Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) to step down over her vote to impeach President Trump.

In a recent interview, Gaetz said Republicans deserve a better leader than Cheney, who is the third-ranking House GOP leader.

“Unfortunately, Liz Cheney is just yet another in a long line of ‘America last’ politicians,'” Gaetz stated. “Willing to sell out to the lobbyists, to the military-industrial complex, to the elements in big corporations, big media and Big Tech that were always attacking President Trump.”

On Thursday, Gaetz will hold a rally outside the state’s capitol building in Cheyenne. He said he will talk about Cheney’s failed leadership and the failed policies she supports.

The Republicans need to shop for a quality candidate with deep pockets to primary this bimbo. 

She needs to be gone.  2022 is not far away for the primary.  That candidate needs to be identified now, and hopefully only one strong candidate and not ten that dilute the effort to displace her.

I applaud Gaetz.  He has guts to take on the Cheney clan.  He should keep his travel plans a secret, because the Cheneys are capable of Clintonesque behavior, for certain.

The state of Wyoming must certainly be able to offer a "Republican" for the House that is somewhat "to the right" of Ms. Cheney.

Why would the good folks of Wyoming put up with her...?

Gaetz was AWESOME attacking Democrats in Trump's defense during the first impeachment.  Glad to see him going after collaborators.

Just a misunderstanding, and in fact, she has set up Rep. Getz up with a hunting trip with her dad.   :cool:
