Well they just got the site at Epik... They can't just shovel it all up there in an hour you know... And who knows who has the DNS registered... If it was registered through Amazon, they still have to release it to Epik, and you can bet they're slow-walking that...
Exactly. It's a two-step process. First the Domain Name gets registered, and eventually the IP look-ups propagate to the many DNS servers across the country. Can take up to a day if nothing gums up the works. I think it's going to require at least one settled lawsuit before that happens with Parler.
If we had the IP addy of the new Epik website, we could just key that into the URL line by bypassing the DNS servers.
