The only thing brewing is Cruz's call for an Electoral Commission on the pattern of the 1877 challenge to the 1876 results.  It will go nowhere, but moving for it puts Cruz ahead in the race to pick up Trump's base for the 2024 primaries.  Maybe Pence is onboard in the sense of having promised to break a tie in favor of the proposal in the vanishingly unlikely event that is needed.
