Cruz Nukes Judge, Sister Of Stacey Abrams, Over ‘Indisputable Bias’ In GA Election Case

Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz dropped a nuke on a federal judge in Georgia on Wednesday for failing to recuse herself from an election-related court case given “her indisputable bias.”

Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner -- who happens to be the sister of failed 2018 Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams -- has ordered two Georgia counties to stop purging ineligible voters from their rolls.

This ruling comes just days before the crucial Senate run-off elections on Jan. 5, which will determine which party controls the U.S. Senate.

Cruz blasted Gardner’s decision on Wednesday: “This is absurd. This is an obvious case for recusal. For Stacey Abrams’ sister to refuse to recuse — and issue this decision despite her indisputable bias — undermines the integrity of the entire judicial system.”

Georgia Judge Rolls Back Order That Blocked Counties From Voter-Roll Clean Up
The federal judge who on Monday blocked two Georgia counties from removing voters from voter rolls eased her order just before midnight Wednesday.

District Court Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner, an Obama appointee, ruled that Ben Hill County still cannot remove any voters from voter rolls but said the Muscogee County Board of Elections and Registration can remove voters if they do not rely solely on the U.S. Postal Service’s National Change of Address system.

The board must allow voters whose eligibility has been challenged to cast a provisional ballot in the Jan. 5, 2021, runoff elections. They also must advise the voter of specific evidence of ineligibility by phone and in writing by Jan. 6, and advise the voter of their right to be heard and present evidence in response to the findings.

The new order dissolved Gardner’s earlier temporary restraining order.

It came after the court held a hearing Wednesday.

Now that he has done this,he will immediately disappear back into his hole and not emerge again unless and until his seat seems to be threatened again.

B.S.  Cruz stuck his neck out many times during the Trump administration and has sided with Trump on numerous occasions.   He even offered to fight an election fraud case for him.

No worries .... the GOP is going to quickly dissolve once the DEMS get done with them and then you won't have to worry about Cruz.
