The Federal Courts are simply not going to do anything about this. We can discuss the various reasons why, but to no useful end. Short of a violent nationwide uprising (which won't happen), Biden will be inaugurated.
If this sort of thing is going to be prevented in the future, R-controlled state legislatures are going to have to pass much more detailed laws describing the specific requirements for certification - conditions such as (number of votes counted) = (number of votes cast) < (number of registered voters); any precinct/county in which one candidate gets > 80% triggers an automatic hand recount; criminal penalties for interfering with observers; no precinct/county results made known to the media or other precincts/counties until all precincts/counties are complete and no opportunity to make any changes afterward; no destruction of any record of any kind relating to an election until one year before the following election; etc.
This one is a loss, and so long as current laws that enable ludicrous fraud remain in place every one hereafter will be a loss. The laws have to be made effective. If state-level Rs refuse to do so they simply prove what is said here about Rs in general - they care more about their cocktail party invitations than about serving the people.
I don't know how many R state legislators remain and certainly the DEMS at the Federal level will change the rules of the current electoral process. They have threatened to change it so that majority vote wins. Even IF the R legislators are successful in changing the rules, it won't matter. The DEMS don't play by the rules. There is a set of rules for them as they see fit to change to accommodate their agenda and a set of rules for the GOP which they will insist that the GOP adheres to.
We cannot rely on SCOTUS to rule fairly and the DEMS have promised to stack the courts and they will. There is no remedy there.
I'm not counting on any Republican retaining his/her seat, and IMHO the Republican party will cease to exist.
Uprising? I'm not counting on it, but I don't dismiss the possibility that it could happen.
Lots to think about here. One thing I am absolutely certain of, is that we won't win at the ballot box anymore and the time to attempt to form a completely new party is needed; one that will be able to successfully overthrow the liberal/marxist/socialist government that is forming.
Those that are thinking and hoping that we will 'win' seats back in 2024 or seat a Republican president with the upcoming administration taking hold is sadly mistaken. The writing is on the wall and it is time to stop thinking that we can win by the ballot box. The integrity of our electoral process is gone and it cannot be fixed regardless of how many new laws are written, as long as those in 'power' control us, our elections and our lives.
