“Programmed to Give Biden...â€: Giuliani Makes Bombshell Accusation Against Voting Machines Collin Rugg

During an interview with "Bernie and Sid" on WABC, former New York city mayor and President Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani made a bombshell accusation when he claimed that the voting machines were "programmed" to give former Vice President Joe Biden the advantage.
It is worth noting that the "independent fact checkers" would like us to let you know that they disagree with Giuliani's assessment.
Rudy said to the WABC audience, “We believe from what we saw in Michigan that the machines have an inaccurate vote—that they’re programmed to give Biden somewhere between a 2% and 5% advantage.â€
