As long as Republicans allow unreciprocated decency to stand in the way of victory, they will be losers forever. And, right now, the leader of the losers is Attorney General William Barr.

In the weeks before Election Day, Barr reportedly instructed prosecutors and senior colleagues to prevent the Department of Justice's (DoJ) investigation into Hunter Biden’s brand of corruption and crony capitalism from leaking to the public. His goal was to “keep the Justice Department out of campaign politics,” although Biden’s transgressions are directly relevant to a presidential election featuring his father. Ultimately, Barr sat silent as the left-leaning mainstream media disregarded the Hunter story and labeled Trump supporters as kooks, while social media’s “woke” elites censored it.

Even as President-elect Joe Biden lied to defend his son, Barr refused to speak up. His silence signaled that Biden was olly olly oxen free.

Magically, along with a COVID-19 vaccination cure, the end of the 2020 election means that Americans are only now learning about the DoJ investigation and Hunter’s shady “tax affairs.” Not only that, but the Hunter investigation began in 2018. That’s right: Two years ago.

It'll never work.  First, we don't have a MSM that loves us and will hide anything unseemly, and secondly there will always be Romney RINOs who can be picked off to keep us from having a working majority.  Hell, after 1/5/21 (plus recounts until the Rats win) we won't have any kind of majority anywhere, probably never again.

The Republicans need not fight dirty, but at least stand up and be counted.  Spineless is the primary descriptor for too many Republicans.  It has frequently been said they are comfortable being the minority party that sits and complains and never leads us to accomplish anything.

Their failure to work with Trump did not serve their purposes to any degree.

That's exactly right. They are not spineless... They're just not interested in defending.

Welcome to Conservatism. Reagan said it best in that liberty is not a secure inheritance. It must be fought for by each and every generation.

It isn't the communists or the muslims - the commonalities should not be surprising. It is those - ALL of those - who would take your liberty away from !YOU!.  The methods they may use are almost always necessarily the same. The differences are what are shallow.

Nothing; we lose our integrity and give up the very principles upon which this country was founded. 

Becoming more evil than they are I don't see is an option. In reality it is an option, I just don't see it as right.

Becoming more evil than they are I don't see is an option. In reality it is an option, I just don't see it as right.

Think of it in terms of waging war - when the aggressor bombs cities it is immoral and a crime. Because those who are attacked first engage in total war & bomb the aggressors cities does not make them moral equals.

I do not believe we need to be immoral in any sense. Just merciless.

What does that have to do with it?   Bottom line is... we don't have to resort to all of their despicable tactics in order to fight harder, smarter and yeah... dirtier.   We just have to grasp the reality that what we've been doing... how we've been "fighting" them isn't working (and never will).

There's the problem. Unintended consequences. When you justify cheating because the other side does it, there will be no one standing for justice at all. And that is the end of such a thing. Guaranteed.

I would first suggest fighting back in the first place  - That is not happening. And if you don't fight at all, of course you will not win.

I know we're on the same page... But 'fighting dirty' is by definition 'cheating'.
