Giuliani says Trump team 'not finished' after Supreme Court defeat

Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney, indicated the president’s legal team will continue filing lawsuits to subvert the election results even after the Supreme Court shot down an effort to overturn the vote count in four swing states.

The vow comes after the high court dismissed a suit led by Texas, which was backed by 17 other states and 126 House Republicans, to overturn the election results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — four key states that secured President-elect Joe Biden's win. The Supreme Court said that Texas lacked the legal right to litigate over how other states conduct their elections, but Giuliani indicated Trump could bring his complaints back to lower courts.

“The case wasn’t rejected on the merits, the case was rejected on standing. So the answer to that is to bring the case now to the district court by the president, by some of the electors, alleging some of the same facts where there would be standing,” he said in a Friday interview on Newsmax.

What is the next step people can take? Demand their Senators join a House member to object to electors from contested states w/ questionable election results, especially when those states refused to allow an audit of the election.

Trump did sign an EO yesterday that would indicate there may be more than a little suspicion that is the case.

I wonder what Constitutionally proscribed recourse there is if the consensus becomes Biden/Harris was helped in by foreign actors AFTER they're sworn in, and where that duty lies.

What CAN happen is that Pence, who receives the Electoral votes as President of the Joint session, rejects the Electors from the four disputed states following an objection filed by 1 Senator and 1 Congressman. At this point, the Senate and House go to individual session to vote on opposing or upholding Pence's rejection.

And an important FYI. That said, for some reason which I'm unable to articulate...the fact that General Flynn says on a scale of 1-10, he is a "ten" on his confidence that President Trump will begin his second term in this January, gives me sudden confidence and courage not to surrender just yet.

In the end, he may pull an Andrew Jackson...cheated out of an election only to come back and crush the faux victor of 2020. That's a long four years, though, and so much bad will happen that I worry our entire system will be unrecoverable by 2024. Where Trump leads, I will follow and I think the vast majority of conservatives feel the same...minus a few RINO's and bitter establishment types.
