Winter Storm Batters New England – More Than 250,000 Without Power

About 200,000 customers in Maine alone lost power on Saturday, according to the website PowerOutage.
No problem, right? Just turn on your solar heater. (Your solar heater that’s buried under the snow.)
More than 25,000 customers in Massachusetts, more than 46,000 in New Hampshire and more than 2,000 in Connecticut were also left in the dark after a nor’easter brought high winds and heavy snow.
The National Weather Service issued winter storm warnings for much of New England.
