(a) Poll officers appointed pursuant to Code Sections 21-2-90 and 21-2-91 shall be judicious, intelligent, and upright citizens of the United States, residents of the county in which they are appointed or, in the case of municipal elections, residents of the municipality in which the election is to be held or of the county in which that municipality is located, 16 years of age or over, and shall be able to read, write, and speak the English language. No poll officer shall be eligible for any nomination for public office or to be voted for at a primary or election at which the poll officer shall serve. No person who is otherwise holding public office, other than a political party office, shall be eligible to be appointed as or to serve as a poll officer.

Ware County, Ga has broken the Dominion algorithm:

Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.

37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been "Switched" from Trump to Biden.  In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote.

Those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again.  The same results appeared.

ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE SOLVED. (It is worth noting that this was one County, and on one Tabulator alone.

Bombshell: Trump Legal Team Witness Alleged That Ware County Audit Results Revealed Dominion Machine Flipped Ballots from Trump to Biden

An elections expert alleged that the Dominion tabulating machine flipped votes from President Donald Trump to Democratic candidate Joe Biden in Ware County. It was estimated that the percentage of mis-applied votes, if distributed across the rest of the state, would be slightly greater than Biden’s lead over Trump.

Constitution Party of Georgia Elections Director and Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VOTERGA) Co-Founder Garland Favorito was called to testify this information during the State Senate hearing this week.

Favorito obtained an email from Ware County Elections Supervisor Carlos Nelson, confirming that the audit discovered 37 votes that were incorrectly assigned to Biden instead of Trump.

In an interview with The Georgia Star News, Favorito explained that the information didn’t indicate which machine flipped the votes – just that the mistake occurred.

“We did find that they had flipped votes – we didn’t have to obtain the machine to figure that out. The hand count showed that they had flipped votes somewhere in that county,” he said.

Favorito explained that he’d been slated as a top ten witness for Trump’s legal team during Thursday’s State Senate hearing. Just before he was called to the stand, Favorito told The Star that an administrative assistant for the committee informed him that he was bumped to the bottom of the list “at the chairman’s discretion.”

Gov. Kemp, Lt. Gov. Duncan block request for special session

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Four State Senators made the request for a special session to appoint a new set of electors in the 2020 Presidential Election.

Governor Kemp and Lt. Governor Duncan released a joint statement Sunday, saying a special session to select a separate slate of electors is not allowed under state or federal law.

The statement went on to say in part, “the General Assembly decided that Georgia’s presidential electors will be determined by the winner of the state’s popular vote. Any attempt by the legislature to retroactively change that process for the November 3rd election would be unconstitutional and immediately enjoined by the courts.”

The Governor and Lt. Governor say this would not make for a short-term resolution.

They say the judicial system is the only viable option to dispute the results of the November 3rd election in Georgia.

Let’s not beat around the bush – the idea that somehow it’s a genius, 5-D chess strategy to punish the Democrats for cheating in the last election by handing them the next election (and the Senate) by boycotting the Georgia run-offs is so transcendently dumb that it’s awe-inspiring. It’s really remarkable not only in how absolutely idiotic it is, but how it also manages to combine substantive foolishness with doing exactly what the liberals want done.

Make Chuck Schumer smile by teaching the GOP some unspecified lesson. Good plan.  ...

Election contests are largely about mundane and routine shenanigans like failing to verify votes and sending out mass ballots using bad voter lists. And election contests are hard to win for many reasons – short timeframes to build cases, the fact that people hide actual fraud, and the fact any judge will do anything he can to avoid picking the winner of an election. You can be right – and I think Biden likely won via irregularities – and still lose. Welcome to the real world. ...

I was highly disappointed to see my State Senator's name (John Albers) missing from that list of four.  He is now guaranteed to lose his next election.  One name that was on that list was Brandon Beach who is a staunch Conservative.  I hope he runs for my Congressional seat in 2022.

As for Kemp, he took money from Dominion.  And he is a petty little child who picked up an offense against Trump over the Loeffler pick.
