Every person from Dominion should be indicted, convicted, and sentenced to a term that would be equivalent to throwing away the key. Each instance of a false vote is a felony, punishable by five years in prison. With what might amount to millions of phony votes, all involved should have a special prison built, where all occupants get to die there, or just send them to Gauntanamo to be forgotten.
