Wow.  That was unexpected (at least by me).

Does this mean we can now scream from the rooftops that it is RACIST to not do an audit / recount??
... and misogynistic!!

If the Democrats really believed they won Pennsylvania, then they would welcome a recount - paid for by the Trump campaign.  It would be another 'in-your-face' opportunity for the Dems.  Clearly, they don't think they will win a recount.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

Shit.

In any court room proceedings, criminal or civil, what evidence does the judge weigh? The lawyers reputation or the pleadings, exhibits, witnesses and merits of the case?

Giuliani is an experienced prosecutor. He knows the ropes.

Beats me. My personal knowledge of legal matters stops at "Try to not get caught".

Come to think of it,it might be helpful for me to get caught these days. They would have to pay my medical bills.

In addition to voter malfeasance and evidence in 20+ states, most of these states are ones with Dominion, Hammer and Scorecard

This is just as much a "trial in public" as it is a "trial in Court."

@mystery-ak

I stopped getting excited about things like this a couple of decades ago. By the time any of these suits are ever scheduled to go before a judge, the elections are over, all the dust has settled, and it is a mute question nobody even cares about anymore.

Sometimes I suspect the whole purpose of these suits is to "keep the ignorant rabble from being roused" so they don't hurt anybody "important".  The alleged promise of justice "just down the road" defuses the irate voters and protects the "important people" from harm.

What we need is more rope and fewer judges.

All of the above ... and add politics.  And, remember:  A suit does not go immediately to the Supreme Court, it must work its way through lower to appellate to Supreme.  Cases can be expedited, but the path is the same.  The good news is all suits are already in the Federal pipeline.

Agree.  And he's acting more as a case manager---and this role is necessary.  Plus, and don't underestimate this, Rudy's loyalty is beyond the reach of the swamp.

Folks, the weekends are the worst time for us.  Right now, subject to change soon, there's no court activity until Monday so the void is filled in with an orchestrated and coordinated "depress the hell out of them" campaign. We know this drill.  The stories on Rudy's role will escalate with dire predictions for the President and "sources" saying the President is ready to throw in the towel.  I'm sure by tomorrow's talk shows this will be another "end of Trump" story and Rudy will be the joke of the town.

Turn. Them. Off.

During yesterday's interview with Byron York, in addition to the "Never bet against me" quote, POTUS said he expected this to go on for two or three weeks.  So, it seems we've got a little time before we head for the ledge.   happy77
