It is quite simple.  When the current term expires, instead of appointing someone who works for Goldman Sachs, they should pick someone who runs a check-cashing place in the hood.

LOL! Yeah.., Like I said..

Look. Election fraud is now an oxymoron.

I've had enough.

Don't tell me it can't be fixed.

I refuse to give up on this.  I'm almost as tenacious as you.

I will, along with millions of my best friends.  I just don't think it helps to say fighting for this election is  11513

Why is that? Isn't it useful to realize you are bucking a stacked deck?

IIRC the deck was stacked to a fair-the-well back in 1776 when we declared our independence.
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

I've always known the deck is stacked, that isn't a new insight to me.  But, for the first time in my adult life, we have a President willing to go to the mat to rectify it.  Even Ronald Reagan failed me, even though he did the best he could, back in the day.  That's a Big Deal, man!  My biggest frustration in this life-long project has been the moronic Republican (I never expected Democrats to help out) politicians pulling out the rug from under us all.  I totally understand your frustration, probably better than many on this Forum.  Maybe in a few more years of rug-pulling I'll give up on the project, too.

Until then, I think it's important I never give up.  I figure since I'm now retired, it's my time to waste.

While I don't believe that Trump will be able to overcome the voter fraud, I truly hope measures are put into place to curtail this in the future.  I think we are living in a scary time when half of the country doesn't trust the voting process.  Something has to be done.  I'm just not sure it will be.

I've never been enamored with the personality of Trump, in fact it is a detraction.

In 2016, I voted for who felt was the most conservatve  3rd party candidate who for the life of me,  I can not remember their name.
Through his term, I provided supportive comments, and then there were some that I didn't agree with, including examples of his interpersonal interactions.

But guess what, in 2019, it became very apparent that the democratic party had taken an ultra ultra left turn.  Voices from Sanders, AOC, and Warren became their leaders.  By 2020 their momentum grew, and the plank took the form of a socialist manifesto.  That was the exact time that anyone who cared not to take our country over the socialist cliff needed to coalesce around a Trump re-election effort.

I had hopeful thoughts that the majority of  people wanted to prvent our country from becoming Venezuela.  Sans cheating, I guessed wrong.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Hide and watch!  Before this is over Donald J. Trump will be re-elected for a second term by a wide margin.

The problem I have is, if the Rats get back into power, rectifying electoral fraud will never happen.  The Rats benefit too much from cheating.  They'll never let another Trump get elected again.

When I tried to bring this up in the other message board I talked about, they talked down to me and asked How is he going to turn us into socialism.  That's a lie!  There was no talking to them.  That's why I like it here already.  I can have a differing view point and you are respectful, and offer your opinions.

And this is what I am afraid of.  They won't investigate voter fraud, just like Hunter Biden and Obama will not see an investigation either.

That's what I'm talking about.  You talk about tenacity as a very important trait, but you rubbish the efforts of those people trying to repair what you just said is important enough to back Tump:  Getting fraud out of the elections.

The leftist media is actually helping us in this regard.  They have the entire country believing if "their guy" loses, it's because of Voter Fraud by the other side.  Dems feel that way about Reps, and Reps feel that way about Dems.  I have no idea where "thinking" overtakes "feeling," but it had better at some point before you end up with a million of your best friends as neighbors up there.

I am very sympathetic to your opinion about that, I've gotten to be a hermit too (along with Mrs. Liberty.  I could not have picked a better partner for this sojourn).  I got a Castle in top of some desert foothills.  I've come to love the sight of the Colorado River, and Lake Mohave at our feet.  If I had a drawbridge, it would be up.

@roamer_1 is a good friend of mine, so I am mentally incapable of saying he's FOS.  We have too much in common while enjoying the things that make us different.

He doesn't like Trump, excessively at times, but he's a top-notch computer network specialist, and can also tell me how to make Fire Cider (It's vital to make your own with locally hived honey) and build a Gurt out of leather, canvas, rocks and sticks.  I value friends like him and you, even if we disagree about things both of us find really important.

Now, let's see if we can find Abaraxas somewhere so we can dig deeper into our photography skills...I'd love to find a way to showcase this Castle!

I'm sure I got you wrong, but then my understanding of people is flawed about literally everybody else on the planet.  I am a terrible judge of character so I depend on the few people I surround myself with, protect me a lot from dishonest players.

You and @DCPatriot, as well as a lot of the folks in this room, are those kinds of friends.  It may surprise you to know I've gotten some Mods who were really good at that.  They became my go-to gang when dealing with some Members in a way that doesn't make them mad at me.

My record is still....a tad spotty.   :pondering:
