No more fresh air.  Sen. Booker is up.  He brings up the Obama policy of splitting up families of those caught entering the country illegally, while falsely attributing that policy to Trump.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

Booker now brings up the sentencing disparities that resulted from Democrat crime bill (which Joe Biden sponsored) during Clinton years (and ended by Donald Trump).  Booker doesn't seem to be very smart if he is trying to make a political point here.  He is making the case for African-Americans to vote for Trump.

Now Booker brings up history of Democrat violence against blacks to suppress black voting.

Booker:  'Lives are being endangered because Democrats decided to take voting rights away from African-Americans for petty drug charges (and which Trump has since corrected).'

Booker is a fool.

I wonder how many African-Americans in Newark lost their right to vote while Cory Booker was mayor, prosecuting them for petty drug offenses as felonies under the Democrat Crime Bill sponsored by Joe Biden?

So the Democrats want to say it's unfair to have a hearing for a SCOTUS nominee when there's an empty spot on the bench. Yet they won't address the fact that a person running for the office of Vice President who's a U.S. Senator is still asking questions against a Trump nominee?

They figured they could make her more likable if she read her questions rather than let her just be herself.

They figured wrongly.

Sen. Kennedy offers Barrett opportunity to rebut Sen. Harris' accusations:

These Supreme Court hearings are a waste of time, and if cable news didn’t carry them, the Senate might skip the nonsense and just vote. 90% of this farce is about politicians getting face time on TV and giving mini campaign speeches
