President Trump and first lady Melania Trump tested positive for the coronavirus.

The president notified the public in an early Friday morning tweet, writing that the two will begin quarantining immediately.
"We will get through this TOGETHER!" Trump wrote.

The Washington Examiner reached out to the White House for further comment and was directed to a memo written by White House physician Sean Conley.

With the permission of the first couple, Conley said the two are doing well and "remain at home within the White House during their convalescence."

Prayers for the President and his family.   His and her swift return to good health is paramount,  but it will be instructive to see the sadistic cruelty of his liberal critics played out in social media,  and the reaction of the rest of us to such cruelty.   

The health crisis of our President shows a mirror to us all.   As one of his more frequent critics on this site,  all I can say is Get Well Soon,  Mr.  President.

My heart sank this morning when I read about this.  Then it sank again when I looked at DOW futures.

It makes one think though if God has removed His protective hand from our country, since we've moved so far away from Him.
