Anyone who doubts the State will one day soon mandate a 'climate change lockdown' along the same lines as the Covid one is hopelessly naive. They've already made it clear they believe, or say they believe, it's a matter of life and death. Some have threatened to put 'deniers' in jail.

And this is the one thing that gives me pause re: ACB. I believe she recently ruled in favor of the Constitutionality of the lockdowns.
