President Donald Trump will announce a $500 billion plan for black America and designate both the Klu Klux Klan and antifa as terrorist organizations, Fox News reported Friday.

Trump is expected to make the announcements Friday afternoon at his “Black Economic Empowerment” event in Georgia. His plan reportedly would also designate lynching as a national hate crime, according to Fox News. The report says Trump will pledge to “increase access to capital in black communities by nearly $500 billion.”

“For decades, Democrat politicians like Joe Biden have taken Black voters for granted. They made you big promises before every election—and then the moment they got to Washington, they abandoned you and sold you out,” Trump’s planned remarks say, according to Fox. “The Democrats will always take Black voters for granted until large numbers of Black Americans vote Republican.”

Trump’s plan lays out four areas in which Trump vows to help black Americans over the next four years if reelected, namely “opportunity,” “security,” “prosperity” and “fairness,” according to a multi-page document published by Fox News.

 Nothing is going to change in the inner cities until there’s a cultural shift in the black community.
 Is  the #WalkAway Movement and the rise of young black conservatives  a sign it could be starting or is it a fluke for this election cycle only?  Time will tell

Even if that was achievable it'll take more than that to offset the decline in support among women and college-educated whites.

If Antifa is a terrorist organization, funding and the funds of those sources can be seized.
Charges  an be filed, but other rules apply to terrorists.
I believe that removal of funds and designation will bleed over onto BLM as well, and considering who is behind much of that, the programs could be funded by the seizure. That would actually be a win-win for blacks.

At  a terrible price to inner-city black folks.  The future prognosis for things improving for inner-city blacks, in my opinion, is very dim. The reality is, they’re going to continue voting for the same people that have been  running their cities for decades
