If he can indeed get $250/mil annually to reduce the discharge from Lake O, it would be huge!  The problem though isn't so much funding is the battle against the sugar companies.

Trump highlights ‘Great American Outdoors Act’ at Florida event

President Donald Trump and Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Kamala Harris will both make stops in South Florida this week.

The president was in Jupiter on Tuesday spoke about the Great American Outdoors Act, which will provide funding to national parks, including Everglades National Park, forests, wildlife refuges, recreation areas, and American Indian schools.

In the funding proposal, Trump has asked Congress for $250 million annually to speed up infrastructure improvements for the Everglades. The improvements would reduce harmful discharges from Lake Okeechobee and increase water storage capacity.

Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
