BTW,IF that "kid" had MY training,he would have taken out all potential threats with his rifle before turning his back to run.

As it was,he did the ABSOLUTE minimum amount of shooting/killing he HAD to do before he once again went into escape mode.

I have absolutely ZERO problems with him becoming a LEO in the future. He has proven he has the calm under fire to do what is necessary,and that he knows when to stop shooting.

There were a lot of young people there to try to protect innocent life and property,but unfortunately,they were grossly outnumbered by the enemy.

On murder, not guilty. On a couple lesser gun charges, guilty.

But, no lasting public shame should befall him once all the facts are out. As the dust settles he will I think be honored as a patriot for believing in and protecting and defending America against a very serious insurgency in the year 2020. The incident is a stark reminder that this has been the Left’s hardest push for rule in decades. Communists are nothing if not relentless.

This may have been already posted "upthread", but I read that the attorney who took up and won the case for Nick Sandmann has offered his services (perhaps with additional defense attorneys) to young Mr. Rittenhouse.

Mr. Rittenhouse will have to be tried before a jury of his peers. I sense many of them will come from close-in suburbs that may have been threatened by the insurgents. And the demographics of Kenosha are heavily white.

All it's gonna take is one juror who says "no" to a conviction in the jury room.
