  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...

We see it every time we leave the house: People wearing face masks but taking no other precautions to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Sweden’s top infectious disease specialist hasn’t recommended face masks for the general population of the country because he argued it was “very dangerous” for people to assume the masks alone would stop the spread of the virus, the New York Post reported.

“Anders Tegnell, chief epidemiologist at Sweden’s Public Health Agency, has repeatedly expressed skepticism that face masks will control virus outbreaks,” the outlet reported, sourcing the Financial Times.

Tegnell said that “It is very dangerous to believe face masks would change the game when it comes to COVID-19.”

It don't matter. Folks have the bit in their teeth - and they run to their prophets with itching ears.

There is no 'pandemic'. The whole dang thing is hooey.

You know, I have been busying myself translating ancient magic terms into modernity... What you see going on here is enchantment, pure and simple. And it is a wonder to observe with that mind set. A 'magical' web, woven to deceive... And them that are under it's spell are wholly convinced.

One should not tell everyone not to wear a mask because some think it, by itself, will stop the virus from getting to them.

A mask is one barrier to stop the virus, along with proper hand washing and staying away from crowds, stay at least 6+ feet from others.

In other words, I am going to wear a mask even though some others think it is a cure-all for the virus, and others think it does no good at all.  I don't make a decision based on what others think.

Had to go to dentist twice in the last two weeks.  Have a TMJ jaw problem.  This is how one could get in the dentist's office.  We parked outside, I called them; they sent a woman dental assistant to the car; she took my temperature, then we went in.  I had filled out the forms they needed before I got there, so she handed those off to the office part of the place.

She led me to a patient room; had to remove my mask; wash out mouth with Listerine.  Then the doctor came in, both of them examining my mouth - how dangerous is that?  They were both right in front of my face, touching my face and mouth - all they knew was I did not have a fever.  They were in danger of catching the virus if I had it.

From that point on, the lady dental assistant made the impressions of mouth she needed to do, again right in my face so many times.

In two weeks, got a call the mouth guard to wear at night, was ready.  Went there this past Tuesday.  Lady dental assistant is a Catholic and she and family go to San Juan, Texas, every year to go to the Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of San Juan del Valle.  It is one of the largest churches in Texas. They are going on Labor day this year; stopping for the night is San Antonio, and on to San Juan the next day.

So, when I went back to get the mouth guard, I gave her a beautiful Rosary necklace I bought for her.   She said she would get it blessed.  Then, she asked if she could hug me, and I said yes.  So, maybe we both have the virus???

I have not been wearing a mask.  I need oxygen.  I CAN'T BREATHE!   I got tired of having to explain, why I don't wear a mask, so a week ago, I put a "mask on", elastic around my ear.  Did that to both ears.  WORE THE MASK UNDER MY CHIN.  The whole time.  NOT ONE PERSON SAID ANYTHING.  lol. I did have a mask.  I wore it like I have seen many wear a mask.

Since you can't wear a mask, when you absolutely have to go somewhere, try to distance yourself from others.  Try to get delivery to your house for what you need, such as Walmart/Amazon/your grocery stores.  Walmart and Kroger deliver food to your door.  Walgreens deliver medicine to your door.  I wish you well during this time.

In other words, I am going to wear a mask even though some others think it is a cure-all for the virus, and others think it does no good at all.  I don't make a decision based on what others think.

To reiterate:

1.  Wash hands frequently with soap and warm water.
2.  Don't touch your face.
3.  Stay six feet away from anyone not wearing a mask
4.  Stay six feet away from anyone wearing a mask.

Still not seeing why it matters if other people wear masks.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-
