Democrats featuring 'rising stars' in convention keynotes
By Zack Budryk - 08/16/20 02:00 PM EDT

The Democratic National Convention will highlight 17 “rising stars” in its keynote address Tuesday evening rather than the traditional single speaker.

Scheduled speakers include former Georgia gubernatorial candidate and voting rights advocate Stacey Abrams, as well as  Rep. Conor Lamb (D-Pa.), who was an early backer of former Vice President Joe Biden. Lamb's victory has been cited as a model for Democrats to compete in districts won by President Trump.

Other scheduled speakers during the keynote include several state lawmakers, such as Pennsylvania state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta (D), Nevada state Sen. Yvanna Cancela and Florida Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried.

Stacey Abrams a rising star?  Really???

Stacey Abrams is a nutjob...certifiable.  She is going no where.  She LOST!!!  It's not a mystery, she LOST!!!

She only has one story to tell, and that being the Sec of State in GA doing his job, removed voters from the rolls that were dead, moved away, or had not voted in seven years, and did not respond to repeated inquiries about their intent to vote in the future.  He was doing his job.  And nutjob Abrams had a problem with that, because as we all know, the dead still vote for the Dems!!!!

Unless Biden gets elected, she gets nothing in politics for at least a couple years.  She might run again for governor, but I do not see her winning in a couple years either.  And the senate seats are both up this year, and she is not running for those.
