Just what was Dr. Fauci's alleged "performance" during the AIDS epidemic?  All that I have read about Dr. Fauci on this subject has been positive.  He has in fact been lauded for his work on HIV/AIDS and that work has been credited for leading to discovery of new treatments. 

Dr. Fauci has served under every president, Republican and Democrat, since President Reagan and yes, he has advised foreign countries, including China.  I should think that if Dr. Fauci had any malevolent intent in anything he did, it would have been discovered long before now.

Now I'm not a huge fan of the doctor.  I disagree that wearing masks offers any protection against this virus and I don't like his views on locking everyone down for months or years.  But I don't believe the allegations made against him (most without proof by the way) and I sure as hell would trust his advice more so than that assembly of quacks promoting hydroxychloroquine lately.

What really is troubling is that because of the BS about Dr. Fauci going around, there have been death threats made against him and his family.    Hell, if I was going to do harm against anyone, it would be against my idiot Goobernor and his sidekick, the head of the state Department of Health, for implementing draconian measures allegedly to combat the pandemic, but which have instead wrecked the restaurant, beverage and entertainment industry (among others) in this state.    Dr. Fauci is not the villain in all this.

Hydroxychloroquine has been used, with Azithromycin and zinc in our little county, with great success. It does not work for everyone (something for research, because an inonphore should, and the zinc ions as well), but the vast majority of patients have experienced excellent results.
Calling doctors and biochemists who are published in medical journals "quacks" does them a disservice. But it is a free country and you can gamble your life on any of the other treatments should you become infected.

Since Dr. Fauci is employed by the NIH to head up one of its Institutes, it would be illegal for Dr. Fauci to also be employed by WHO

While Dr. Margaret Chan did lead WHO, she was replaced in 2017 by Tedros Adhanom, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_Chan .

As Conspiracy Theory Fodder goes, this is very poor quality. Its fact claims are too easily checked and shown to be false or absurd.

1. If you bother to read the article you quoted, you would have seen that the "Global Vaccine Action Plan" is stated to be a department of the Gates Foundation:

He was put on the leadership council of the project, in a new department at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This means he was, in fact, a member of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for an unknown amount of time according to a press release from the Foundation itself.

The department, called the Global Vaccine Action Plan ...

That the Gates Foundation and others are partners in the GVAP does not change the fact that the article you posted and quoted falsely claims that the GVAP is a department of the Gates Foundation. Fact-check thyself, NewsJunkie.

2. Personal attacks are a violation of TBR rules. I do not work in the medical field in any sense, nor any government, nor any part of the UN or any NGO. So calling me a "shill" was ably absurd. I've been a member here for over a year, with several thousand posts. Whatever else folks here think of me, they know I'm not "shilling" for anything or anybody.

Ad Hominem attacks also prove the attacker can't address the points made by the one attacked. For example, you did not address the fact that Dr. Fauci cannot legally be paid a salary by WHO and the NIH simultaneously. For example, you did not address the fact that the claim made by the article you posted and quoted that Dr. Margaret Chan is the leader of WHO is false, and has been for some three years.
