    A dead man — or part of one — wrapped in a plastic bag was discovered early Wednesday on the roof of a Bronx McDonald’s, cops and sources told The Post.

    The body of the man, who has not yet been identified, was found on top of the restaurant on East 149th Street near the Grand Concourse just before 6 a.m., police said.

    A 911 caller told police that only half a body was on the roof, according to police sources — though authorities could not immediately confirm that gruesome detail.

    The circumstances of the discovery were not immediately clear. Cops were looking for surveillance footage nearby to determine whether the body was placed there, or somehow fell onto the roof from another location.

    McDonald’s employees would not speak to the Post Wednesday afternoon………

Fahim Saleh's executive assistant is charged with murder in death of tech entrepreneur

(CNN) — Fahim Saleh's executive assistant faces a second-degree murder charge in connection with the dismemberment of the tech entrepreneur at his luxury Manhattan condo, police said Friday.

The assistant was identified as Tyrese Haspil, 21, who handled Saleh's finances and personal matters, according to police. He allegedly owed Saleh tens of thousands of dollars, and was on a repayment plan, a law enforcement official said.

Saleh, 33, was found dead in his Lower East Side apartment on Tuesday, police said.

When Saleh's cousin rang the doorbell to his condo, the assistant was allegedly dismembering his body with an electrical saw and fled, according to a law enforcement official.
