‘Unacceptable’: US stealth missiles proved to be ‘invisible’ to the US Navy
By Boyko Nikolov   On Jul 7, 2020

WASHINGTON, (BM) – The U.S. Navy has not yet received the RGM-184A stealth missile, which was lost last year during firing on decommissioned Oliver Hazard Perry frigate in the Pacific, learned BulgarianMilitary.com. Journalists admitted that this is due to problems in the interaction of the developer and manufacturer of the weapon.

The U.S. Navy has not yet replenished the RGM-184A Naval Strike Missile missile of the coastal warship Gabrielle Giffords of the Independence type, which was expended in October last year during firing on decommissioned frigate Oliver Hazard Perry in the Pacific Ocean, reports The Drive.

As pointed out in the American publication, over the past nine months, one of the eight launchers of the ship has not been loaded with this stealth missile, which would have to make up for the “lost”.
