Politico's Founder Wants A Biden “Coronation†Despite Sexual Allegations

Martin Tolchin, the founder of news outlet Politico and a former New York Times correspondent in Washington, DC, published a letter to the editor of the Times, saying that he wants a “coronation†for Joe Biden despite sexual assault allegations from Tara Reade.
Tolchin’s letter came as a response to a recent Times editorial that called for the Democratic National Committee to investigate former Biden staffer, Tara Reade’s sexual harassment claims against the former vice president. He said that he did not want Reade’s allegations investigated, nor does he want Biden to go on any kind of investigation for other things because all he wants is to see President Donald Trump get defeated in November.
