No she ain’t.

Yes she is... Antibiotics are not discriminating, and ravage the gut biome.
That is not to say they don't have a place, but it would be the last resort.
Of course, in the case that you were dying from the woohan, the last resort may well be upon you.

Jennifer Rubin, is that you?

Nope, not Jennifer LOL!  I had to look it up on the internet to see who she was.  And I get ya.  I know that some Democrats are calling Trump a pusher.  And, I can't help it if sometimes, very rarely, hardly ever they are right.  But they are right here.

But since you like to make comparisons Lindsey Graham is something like 80% Liberal and he's Trumps guy.  Cohen is getting out of prison.  He was the presidents good friend and lawyer that is going to write a tell all book.  So making connections to liberals isn't a good idea.

What folks?  What study say that its effective in preventing COVID?  They are doing studies.  As far as I know none are complete.  I can understand health care workers wanting protection.  They could also have underlying health conditions that make them more susceptible to the disease.  Everyone makes their own choices.  But for the general public I don't think so.  And today the CDC squashed the idea the virus is spread easily by touching things.  Everyone is overreacting and they change information so fast.

The asian nations which dealt effectively against this bug, often attribute the success to anti malarial drugs - foremost hydroxychloroquine.or it's close relative chloroquinine. That is where the recommendations originate - In So Korea and etc.

Fair enough.  But I find that there are a number of studies that say it doesn't work.  I suppose some day we will have a consensus on the effectiveness.  But either way it doesn't negate the fact that overuse of antibiotics is not good.  It could even put us all more in danger of future outbreaks.

Wow, she's been taking hydroxychloroquine for 19 years and she's not dead yet? Someone should tell Neil Cavuto!

@Chosen Daughter

If this is real and true, then she blows the Liberal mantra, "IT WILL KILL YOU!!" out of the way.
According the the Liberal fanatics who are 1000% against using hydroxycholorquine for any reason ever because, "IT WILL KILL YOU!!", she should be dead. In fact, according to them, she should have been dead years ago.

But it sounds like she is in the 'compromised group', and was already highly susceptible to COVID anyway, with or without the drug.
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.

Well I checked out her twitter.  You are right I can agree.  I think she is probably much smarter than I am.  I see how you came to your conclusion:

Yeah, the OP defers to that, mentioning the zinc thing.
Yeah, the Hydroxychloroquine just gets the zinc into the cell, the zinc does the heavy lifting.

I just looked it up.  Neal Cavuto did acknowledge the use for Lupus.  He was talking about not knowing the affects on COVID.  Talking about the side affects that could kill you. and they can.

I was just wondering what happened to the people in the White House that came down with COVID.  Did they use the Hydroxychloroquine?  Did they even get that sick they would need a drug?  Or did they just stay home like they would if they had the regular flu?  No reports on how those people are doing.

And speaking of compromised groups.  Any group that takes antibiotics would be a compromised group also.  It has been reported for years the overuse of antibiotics is becoming a problem as bacteria becomes resistant to the antibiotics.

I am in clear agreement with you wrt antibiotic overuse. And I will agree that studies, as they exist, are not in favor of Hydroxychloroquine... But I don't care about studies, which by their nature are by necessity slipshod, especially in this case, and prone to political intention, the latter of which I believe to be in action here.

Rather, when necessity demands, which it does in this case, we have no time (supposedly) for long studies, focus groups, double-blind provisions, and etcetera. What we are left with in the face of this calamity, is more a matter of shooting from the hip by doctors on the ground where subjective observation is the best tool at hand. And I will always favor the guy in the trenches, because he's the guy who knows, KNOWS what works.

When So Korea, adjacent to ground zero, and in the thick of it nearly before anyone else, attributes its remarkable success to these malaria drugs, that cannot be summarily ignored. I don't care how many studies deny it or how subjective it is - When the principle difference between their success and everyone else's failure IS those drugs, it can be safely assumed that it works.

And to further the point, these studies to which you are adhering, come in close collaboration with the general tenor coming out of the press and the liberal left, that we must wait patiently for the wonder vaccine that is sure to be made evident, lifted up with grateful and shaking hands, and that all we must do is stay in our hovels and await it's glorious revelation, I have to cry bullcrap.

In all of that, I merely have to wait for the other shoe to drop - and its near predictable mandatory application, as the press. WHO, and the CDC are already priming us for - For me to claim the utter predictability of where this is going.

Forgo the eeeeeevil 70 year old, 20 dollar fix in favor of the wondrous and marvelous vaccine, which I must partake of in order to work again. THAT is what the libs are trying to salvage to get back in the driver's seat toward sure socialism.

You GOTTA know which side of that equation I am going to favor, because it is not mandatory, and because resuming life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness begins right now, and is not hinged upon a socialist caricature.

It is ALL bullcrap to me. I am jackin Cs and zinc, I am chuggin fire cider, and my diet leans so far to vinegar already that that stupid bug likely cannot live in my body anyway. Not to mention my arthritic condition leaves my white cells populous, ripped, and on full alert. But to deny what obviously worked would be foolhardy.

I think you are doing the right thing.  I do the fire Cider also.  Big fan of Apple Cider Vinegar.  There are different variations of the Fire Cider.  I like horseradish root in mine.  I take a good multi and extra D.  D is really important and they have been saying that help with COVID too.

I hear you but taking drugs when you aren't sick does not make sense to me at all.  And I think most people who get the virus probably get better without even taking drugs.  Its the compromised that are admitted to the hospital who can't get well on their own.  But the reports even vary on the Hydroxychloroquine with them.   Its a new thing.  Stay well Roamer.   Keep taking the Fire Cider its good.

Nope. I didn't get the Lupus exemption at all from Cavuto. He was talking about hydroxycholroquine as if it was anthrax or cyanide. According to his and other Leftwing rants, it is a deadly poison. But my point is not about Cavuto at all. I simply cannot understand you and all the Leftwing fanatics who are so adamantly opposed to a drug, approved in 1955 and has been used by 10s or 100s of millions of people, which may or may not work. Who cares? Why is it so important?

Trump himself said, 'Maybe it works. I don't know?' and that was enough to set off a Democrat explosion comparing HCQ to Satan himself. You seems to me to be a confused person. Take it easy. Meditate and pray on it. You will come to the same conclusion as most rational people. It doesn't matter who is taking what doctor prescribed drug. Who cares?

“That was stunning," said host Neil Cavuto, reacting to the president’s remarks. “The president of the United States, just to acknowledge that he is taking a hydroxychloroquine, a drug that [was] meant really to treat malaria and lupus. The president is insistent that it has enormous benefits for patients either trying to prevent or already have covid-19. The fact of the matter is, though, when the president said, ‘What have you got to lose?’ a number of studies, those are certainly vulnerable in the population have one thing to lose. Their lives.”
In his own remarks, Trump was Trump. “Because I think it’s good," said the president when asked why he is taking it. “I’ve heard a lot of good stories. And if it’s not good, I’ll tell you right — you know, I’m not going to get hurt by it.”

My fire cider is more or less based upon Esther Emerys' recipe... Or rather Esther Emerys-Fouch... I would suppose it still can be found on the yootoobs searching Fire Cider and Fouch or Fouch-o-matic, The channel is abandoned some 2 years or more, but I think their stuff is still up. And if you recognize the name, yes, she is Carla Emerys' daughter.

And yes, it had horseradish :)

I would take a wee exception on the lack of understanding the prophylactic use of medicines... After all, you and I are taking prophylactics too - The difference being that our medicines are food, or at most organic vitamins and tinctures...

In addition to fire cider, I am taking 2 500 mg Cs with every meal to include 2 EmergenC first thing in the morning, so that is around 4-5000 mg... 10k IU of D +K, B complex (two sugar packets ?) Moringa, wheat grass, Oregano oil both topical anointing and internal (rubbed on gums)... Diet heavy to vinegar, local mountain honey, foraged and organic dark greens... And my hands beard and face are regularly treated to theive's oil.  With elderberry tincture and a whole mess of others ready for the first symptom. You know the drill...

The funny part though is that most all of that is already happening to treat my ailment, or I would be doing anyway through cold and flu season... So...
