I don't consider myself so smart at all. But the model was the Israel wall. And the prototypes are not what we got. The idea was for companies to construct prototypes for inspection and pick the one that would do the best job in protecting our country. That isn't what happened. Prototypes were a waste of time. The Democrats dictated what kind of fence could be built in a bill and Trump signed it. It isn't different from the bollard fence that Obama built except the height. A ladder helps in that situation. Its bollard fencing. That's the truth. Sorry.
