Who could have foreseen this?

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio is speaking out about criminals he let out of jail committing more crimes. He called it “unconscionable” that these good hearted felons would misuse the mercy that was shown to them.

I don’t know if he’s stupid but I think he’s a perfect example of the Peter Principle in action.

I think NJ’s governor Murphy is another example. So over their heads right now they can’t even tread water.
