Joe Biden’s campaign often seems stuck in the past, in a time when record players and malarkey were still things.
He seems to have trouble understanding present technology, walking off cameras during town halls and sounding as though he never heard of teleconferencing.
But his campaign really didn’t understand what they were doing when they invited people to make their own memes at avatar.joebiden.com with the slogan “I’m on Team Joe.â€
Didn’t anybody consider what people would do with it? Apparently not.
