I am 95% certain he is suffering from age related reduced mental capabilities. How and why the dims are propping him up, is beyond me.
@catfish1957 I was referring to Bathhouse Barry,not Slow Joe. Slow Joe is to the point now where he can't even remember simple scripts.
Bathhouse Barry has no trouble remembering the script,he just doesn't understand,or care about,what it means.
The Dims are supporting Slow Joe because there is no way in HELL that Bubbette! can survive a campaign without exposing she is a mean drunk who is too feeble to serve,so they have Slow Joe run for her,and when it is too late to hold another primary,Slow Joe will step down and Bubbette! will take his place as the Dim nominee.
At her advanced age and advanced level of alcoholism this is the ONLY scenario where she can be the Dim nominee. Once she gets sworn in,IF she wins,it doesn't matter what she does because like Joe,she will be reading from a script,and will stick to that script in public if she wants to survive and cash in.
Make no mistake about it,if the Dim candidate wins the presidency,it will be the globalist bankers running the nation,not the figurehead elected.
The saddest part of this is probably half of the alleged Republicans running for office are also globalist tools.
