Former VP Joe Biden bizarrely suggested that Donald Trump was holding-up relief efforts to “put his signature on a physical check.”

Slo Joe Biden is nothing more than a placeholder.  HR Clinton emerges from the convention, and that is the plan for two years.

Joe did his job, he knocked out Sanders from contention.

No time but I am sure I can dig up the quote.  He wanted people who cashed their checks to realize they had his name on them.  If you cash the check I think was in the quote.  Look for it later.
