CNN abruptly cut away from President Trump’s coronavirus briefing when MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell pledged to make 50,000 face masks a day to help Americans fight the outbreak.

Trump invited Lindell and other CEOS from Honeywell, Jockey International, Procter & Gamble and United Technologies to make short speeches to explain how they’re contributing to the war on the coronavirus.

President Trump has not been given enough credit for mobilizing the private sector to help Americans combat the coronavirus during an unprecedented national crisis.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has dedicated 75% of his manufacturing capacity to produce 50,000 face masks a day.

“In three days I was up to 10,000 a day,” Lindell said. “By Friday, I want to be up to 50,000 a day.”

CNN knew Mike would talk about all that icky God stuff.  Can't have that. 

Mike Lindell is an inspiration!  A measure of a man is how he treats the people who work for him, and I understand those folks like him a lot.  We got all our pillows from him, they are a very good product.

I would hope Mr. Lindell would ignore the whiners and naysayers and, as the saying goes, keep on keeping on.  Mr. Lindell is one of the good guys (even though he's a Trump supporter, I won't hold it against him).

From what I've read, the context was speaking of several companies that had stepped up in some way to provided needed supplies and equipment. Where was Lindell in that litany? If toward the beginning, not only was he cut off, but so were several other companies. IOW, progress CNN made sure its viewers would not know was happening.

To his credit; he turned his life around by quitting booze and drugs, yet his
business behavior has been less than exemplary.
He settled out of Court for $ millions w/several States, charges of
deceptive/false advertising where "My Pillow" promoted its product by claiming
that its pillows eased/mitigated the symptoms of acid reflux, menopause,
cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, insomnia, migraine and fibromyalgia;
w/o any test evidence to support these claims.
