63 years old here.  I have some not so good days and I have some better days.  I'm thankful when I wake up in the morning and can step outside watch the morning sun come up and take a breath of fresh air!!

My younger sis does the same. She has a system down that keeps her 27... It used to be simple addition and subtraction, but anymore, it's turning into an algorithm  :laugh:.
