 24 Democratic Senators Ask DHS: Will It Exercise ‘Discretion to Release’ Illegals to Protect Them from Coronavirus

(CNSNews.com) - A group of 24 Democratic U.S. Senators—including Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin of Illinois, Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Sen. Kamala Harris of California—sent a letter to acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf, acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Matthew Albence and Acting Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan asking them about “the policies and procedures their respective agencies have in place to prepare for and manage a potential spread of the coronavirus among detainees and staff in DHS facilities."

The senators asked these administration officials, who are responsible for enforcing the nation’s immigration laws, what guidance they had given subordinates “regarding the application of discretion, including the discretion to release individuals on recognizance” during the coronavirus crisis.

Personally I want to see every single illegal we have locked up released on their own recognizance............in their country of origin! How stupid are these.........okay they're  democrats  tons of businesses shuttered thru out the nation, store shelve at bare levels of stock. medical facilities strained and they want to dump thousands of illegals onto the streets, where they will disappear into the Hispanic communities across the nation and put even more strain on services that can't even take care of American citizens?

Put these leeches on planes and take them back to where they came from and let their damn countries be responsible for them as ....they ......should.....be! We have no business be the keepers and police of the world when we have needy and homeless of our own!
