Bloomberg seemed to say today, he'd only win at a brokered-convention. Though, after tonight, maybe he will drop out.

Mike Bloomberg reassessing campaign after brutal Super Tuesday defeats, reports say

Quote
The billionaire ex-Big Apple mayor will reassess his mega-bucks campaign after a brutal showing in Super Tuesday races, his first appearance on the ballot, according to multiple reports.

Despite dropping a staggering $500 million of his vast personal fortune on the race, Bloomberg, 78, barely rated at the polling booths in early Super Tuesday states — only clinching victory in the tiny US territory of American Samoa.

Bloomers made a complete azz of himself thinking that his money could buy the election.

He made the major media $500 million in ad sales...

I wonder if that $500 million is tax deductible...

He thought he could but it. He was wrong. Breaks my heart...

Well, he hasn't dropped out yet.  If he does, I hope it's before tomorrow when he's supposed to be campaigning in my neck of the woods.

There are some who think Bloomberg could still win the nomination through some finagling at the convention, or he's merely a placeholder for Hillary.  Who knows?  In any event, Bloomberg might not be gone at all.

Bloomberg single-handedly financed the Dem takeover of the Virginia legislature, yet he received less than 10% of the primary vote there.

What is the threshold for winning delegates in California?  Is it 20%?

Bloomberg said that he would "reevaluate" his campaign tomorrow.
I expect that he and Warren will both drop tomorrow.
Warren has bigger things to worry about.
Now, she has to concentrate on keeping her Senate seat.
And at this point, even that will not be easy.

Bet they don't, it would be the death knell of the democratic party and they are loyal to it even when they can't pull all the strings.

Keep an eye on Texas, Biden might beat expectations. What happens in Texas will tell us a lot about the state of the race and the nation. And one thing about Texans. We’re not afraid to tell it as we see it.

Rather hasn't lived in Texas for what a 100 years?  FU you falsifying crooked pseudo-journalist.  Texas spits on your ass.

Damn 347 people? in Texas voted for Zoltan Istvan. At least there are some people that likes them some crazy Hungarian, but I gotta wonder if his platform of ending death is what earned him their vote?
Talk about Pro-Life!  President Zoltan sounds LAF

He spent $452 million / 327.2 million people = $1.38 per person

$452 million / 44 rat delegates = over $10 million per delegate.

The rebuke of Ilhan Omar's Bernie endorsement in MN is also very satisfying.

I don't know what the dynamics over the next few weeks will be, but it seems like there's a chance that Democratic voters' desire to beat Trump could yield reluctance to engage in a prolonged nomination process.

Bloomberg and Kasich will announce a Third-Party Run.

I don’t think so. Bloomberg said he wants to use his money to defeat Donald. Pending a miracle or a brokered convention he can’t win. So he’ll have to use his money to support either Biden or Bernie, or make an official announcement about Hillary or who will be his runnning mate.

Now if history serves me correctly, in 68 Nixon won against Humphrey with Wallace as the third party. I don’t recall if Wallace helped or hindered Nixon.

In 1980 Reagan won over Carter with John Anderson as the third party person. I can tell you I know people in real life both parties who voted for Anderson, so I’m not sure if he took major votes away from either party.

The only other third person I can recall in my lifetime is in 1992, Clinton Bush Perot. According to Wikipedia, Perot got 18.9% of the popular vote. If it had been a two person race, would Bush have been a two term president? Would Clinton never had been?

This is my gut why Bloomberg won’t run as a third party for president. Because of Perot. He could take votes away from Trump, and he could take votes away from the Democrats. Huge risk. My gut is telling me Trump will be a two term president.
