Liberals need a cause in their lives. They just can't have careers, families, play golf, go fishing or whatever.
They need to prove to the world how wonderful they are i.e. virtue signal, and they need a great villain.
Trump fits that need. It wouldn't have to be Trump...every past Pubbie president faced ridicule and wishes for assassination and were equated with the bubonic plague and Hitler.
Most just turned the other cheek.
Trump doesn't. And what's more Trump delights in applying the needle. He's pretty thin-skinned himself, but he definitely seeks the fight with liberals no matter the mud spread by either side.
So far, Trump is winning this battle.
He's got Dems so distraught their heads are exploding in anger and they're quite unable to organize any kind of coordinated plan for improving the lives of their constituents.
All their efforts have been directed at trying to remove Trump from office. And they've all failed miserably. Schiff could have been hired by the RNC for what good he's done for the Dem cause.
You'd think they'd get a clue.
