House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told a news conference on Thursday that President Trump's State of the Union address "was beneath the dignity of the White House, an insult to the Congress of the United States and the American people."  She also said Trump looked "a little sedated" to her.......

Some Twitter-Rando claimed that a source at Bethesda told him that DJT is using Percoset. Pelosi might be trying to take that ridiculous rumor into mainstream political discussion. At most she means that Trump didn't do the ranting and raving to which her tearing up the speech was her pre-planned response. IOW, Trump didn't conform to her (very) mental image of him.

Democrats, as a fast rule, ALWAYS accuse their opponents of doing exactly what they are doing or have done.
Pelosi, who is famous for being ditzy and incoherent, accusing Trump of using drugs is all but an admission of guilt.
The fact that she would bring it up means that 'drugs' were on her mind. Most likely because her purse is full with them.
