"Islamic headbag"? Bigoted BS!
Employers are required to make reasonable accomodations of their employees religions. So this woman had a case. As would a Jewish man who had been sent home for wearing a yarmulke. Or a Christian woman whose beliefs required that she wear a covering.
I live in Irving, where there are two large mosques. I also eat often at Chicken Express, their spicy chicken tenders are a favorite of mine.

Over the past 20 years, almost every place of religion has seen enormous growth. Our Catholic parish, St. Ann of Coppell, has grown from several hundred families to nearly 10,000 families, and is now the sixth largest Catholic parish in the country...and the largest parish in the Diocese of Dallas.
