China's military advances and expansion of a conventional defense force presents a "game-changer" for the US, the Marine Corps' top officer said this week.
The Navy and the Corps have to team up to face that threat, and Commandant Gen. David Berger outlined five changes they could make to do so.

When a general gets ready to retire an look for a civilian job, they start fishing for a job with the big 5.... hence opsec goes out the window and they publish sensitive operations information to see if Lockheed takes the bait...
