If he gives the State of the Union DURING the impeachment trail, that could really be entertaining.. I can only imagine...
If he waits till after, assuming he is acquitted, it would be just another speech...

Good point. Trump has, let’s call it a certain way of speaking that connects with average folks. I can only imagine how his take on the state of the union would go after three years of a “legal” insurrection against his presidency by the loathsome leftists in the democrat establishment. Katy bar the door.

It could make for a good drinking game, though.

Exactly! Don't dignify Pelosi by addressing the House. Just send them a letter, which would comply with the USC's requirement. Twitter might be difficult, with the 288 character limit; OTOH, it might encourage brevity. "America is great again!" is pretty brief; let the Dems and MSM argue that the US is not great.
