Investigative reporter John Solomon questioned the actions of the FISA Court in response to the Justice Department Inspector General’s report, saying the court and the FBI seem to be reluctant to impose any discipline against those who committed wrongdoing.
Attorney General Bill Barr or Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, who has the power to appoint judges to the FISA court, may have to intervene, the award-winning journalist said Thursday on Lou Dobbs Tonight, featuring fill-in host Gregg Jarrett.
Solomon added that former FBI director James Comey and former Deputy Director Andy McCabe’s testimony is “being looked at closely,†giving those looking for real justice hope for a 2020 perp walk to beat all perp walks.
